An internet rumor claiming controversial rapper Kanye West died in a Los Angeles car crash overnight is gaining momentum in the search engines this morning.

For the record, he has not. The bogus story created a firestorm of postings on social networking websites, like Facebook and Twitter. In truth, the rumor appears to have started as a prank with this posting on 4Chan.com:

“bizarre car crash in Los Angeles involving two luxury cars early this morning rapper Kanye West dead, a second injured, a third arrested for gross vehicular manslaughter and a fourth person was detained by police.”

In fact, it looks like the rumors were used to sling anti-malware scam. What losers. This is the lamest stunt since Balloon Boy (although it’s far less costly).

Users searching for more info on the fictitious fatality are liable to get redirected to sites distributing spyware, malware and "scareware," researchers warn.

The rumor itself reportedly originated on notorious image board 4chan, the seeding ground for the Anonymous campaign against Scientology and others.

Monica Hansen, former Miss Norway, had sued her plastic surgeon, Dr Leonard M Hochstein, for improperly using her breast augmentation photos for his practice.

Monica Hansen is no saint, a PlayBoy model, she has modeled in bikinis, topless and even more in her line of work. She has also modeled for Maxim, Esquire and Stuff magazines.

“I think [Hansen] just wanted a way to get money out of me,” said Dr. Hochstein, from Miami, where he’s also known as “The Boob God.” reports NYPost.

Monica Hansen claimed Dr. Hochstein used photos of her breast implants in his business website ihochsteinmd.com without asking her permission.

Monica Hansen has won her lawsuit and was awarded $564,555/- in a default judgment.

President Barack Obama was invited to the Hill to address a joint session of Congress at the Capitol on Wednesday night.  When he started speaking about health care and said, “the reforms I’m proposing would not apply to those who are here illegally”, Representative Joe Wilson (R-SC) blurted out, “You Lie!”.

Vice President Joe Biden, Nancy Pelosi and Obama turned in unison and the crowd collectively gasped.  Another congressman balanced a sign on his lap that read ‘What Bill?”.

Following the speech, Democrats were livid as were many key Republicans, including Senator John McCain (R-Ariz) who told Larry King that the outburst was “totally disrespectful.  No place for it in that setting or any other, and he should apologize for it immediately.”

Representative Earl Pomeroy (D-ND) weighed in as well:  “I’ve never seen anything like that before.  We do not invite the president of the United States into the House of Representatives and hurl insults.”  Senator Jim Clyburn (D-SC) said the remark “went beyond heckling”.

Wilson apologized shortly after the speech: “This evening I let my emotions get the best of me when listening to the president’s remarks regarding the coverage of illegal immigrants in the health care bill.  While I disagree with the president’s statement, my comments were inappropriate and regrettable.  I extend sincere apologies to the president for this lack of civility.”

Karason does not believe drinking the potion is what caused his discoloration, but does believe it happened because he rubbed it on his face to treat a skin problem.

“I’m anxious to try green,” Karason joked to TODAY’s Matt Lauer in New York Thursday. “You get a little bored with blue.”

Canadian born Bollywood actress Lisa Ray has been diagnosed with multiple myeloma, a rare cancer of the plasma cells, and says the disease is “incurable”.

“I was diagnosed with multiple myeloma on June 23. Started my first cycle of treatment July 2. Not long ago. For me, it was a relief to hear what was wrong,” Lisa, 37, posted on her blog http://lisaraniray.wordpress.com/

“The plasma cells in my bone marrow were rampaging, multiplying, squeezing out the red blood cells and it was time to begin doing something about it. I was also tired of being tired all the time. So when I sat there with Bobcat, my life partner and reservoir of Yellow, and got the news I didn’t react and I didn’t cry. I’m an actress, believe me, I can be dramatic. Not just then though,” she added.

The model-turned-actress decided to undergo medical examination a few months ago after she felt “exhausted, pale and drained” all the time.

Explaining her disease, Lisa said: “Myeloma is incurable. It’s a relatively rare cancer of the bone marrow… Every year, approximately 2,100 more cases are diagnosed. I’m a junior member in many ways, having been diagnosed at 37, while the average age is 65… makes the disease not quite as ’sexy’ as other cancers.”

However, Lisa is hopeful that “it can be cured” with the new treatments available in the healthcare sector these days.

Hrithik’s current look is for Bhansali’s ‘Guzaarish’

Hrithik Roshan appeared recently at an event in a completely different avatar. The actor has grown long hair and beard for Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s ‘Guzaarish’. He plays a paraplegic in the movie and acquires to have this particular look.

A source reveals, “Hrithik underwent training and met various paraplegic patients to get into the skin of his character. The actor is on the wheelchair for a major portion of the movie. He used to practice around in his house on the wheel chair and also had read and gone through booklets and guides which gave him information about the physical behavior of such patients.”

Hrithik has grown his hair really long and also has his beard grown. While making public appearances he normally gels up his facial fuzz but has the long hair look.

“Neither Hrithik nor his director wanted to make use of any artificial hair. They wanted to have a natural look and one will see Hrithik with this look till the shooting is on for the movie,” adds the source.

Hrithik played a mentally challenged boy in father Rakesh Roshan’s film Koi Mil Gaya, but for the first time the talented actor is set to play a physically handicapped in Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s Guzaarish.

Seems like after the flop Saawariya in 2007, director Sanjay Leela Bhansali is trying his hit Black formula with Guzaarish. In Black Rani Mukherjee played a blind girl opposite her alcoholic teacher Amitabh Bachchan. The film was hit of the time as well as critically acclaimed for the performances of Rani and Big B. However in Guzaarish, Hrithik is playing a wheelchair bound paraplegic opposite Aishwarya Rai-Bachchan.

Hrithik Roshan, bollywood’s super star actor is all set to play as physically handicapped man in his up coming film Guzaarish, while Aishwarya Rai Bachchan will play the female lead role. Hritik will appear in completely different new look or avatar for Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s ‘Guzaarish’ where he hs grown long hair and beard particularly for this film.

Hrithik will be sitting on the wheel chair for a major portion of the movie.

The actor is trying to get actual behaviour of  a real paraplegic person.
